I am a Certified Luxury Property Expert, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, and I
attended the University of California, Los Angeles. At UCLA, I majored in Political Science
with a minor in Labor Studies and was fortunate enough to have my research published by
the UCLA Labor Center. How is this related to real estate? Well, as a realtor, I have taken
courses in game theory and negotiation which helps me guide my clients toward rational
decisions based on value rather than emotion. In addition, I combine my research skills
and the ability to decipher contracts with my love for the beautiful communities in Chino
Hills, Diamond Bar, Eastvale, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas. My
strengths are my thorough understanding of the local market, including pricing and
practices, and commitment to total honesty and loyalty to my clients.
